Raj Vaidya is one of the world’s most respected sommeliers and wine directors, with over 15 years at the helm of some of the country’s most acclaimed wine programs. As Wine Director of Daniel Boulud’s Dinex Group (2009–2025), he oversaw the cellars of Michelin-starred restaurants and guided wine programs that set industry standards for excellence.

He has also led some of the wine world’s most celebrated festivals, including La Paulée (Burgundy), La Fête du Champagne, La Tablée (Rhône), and Convivio del Vino (Italy), connecting top producers with passionate collectors and professionals.

Today, Raj advises some of the most distinguished private collectors in the Western world on cellar management, acquisitions, and sales strategy. Drawing on decades of experience buying and selling the world’s rarest bottles, he brings unmatched knowledge and discretion to the stewardship of fine wine collections.

In addition, he consults for luxury hospitality groups and corporate clients, offering expertise in wine program development, staff training, and bespoke tasting experiences.
